• Psychotherapy

Talk therapy for individual adults. Psychotherapy can involve gaining insight into how we see ourselves, others, and the world. We may learn more about our thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors and how these have played out in the past and in our present-day life. Many clients come to therapy when they are faced with a big decision and want to "talk it out" to find the best option. Skills may be learned as a means towards regulating emotions, developing greater communication in relationships, and more. We use the past, present, and future as a means to greater access of the parts of life that bring us joy.

  • Life Coaching

Coaching’s focus is on the future. The goal of coaching services is to help you maximize your personal and professional potential. During these sessions, we focus on setting goals and obtaining outcomes while eliciting change. Goals of the process include gaining awareness, clarifying goals, and finding solutions. Another crucial aspect of coaching is aiding the client in accountability for working towards goals. Coaching often relates to career development, achievement, and advancement. Coaching differs from psychotherapy.
