Fee:

$250 for 50-minute individual sessions

I accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and HSA/FSA.

I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers: United Health Care, Blue Shield, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Oxford, Oscar, and Cigna. Please let me know if you would like me to verify your benefits.

If I am not an in-network provider with your insurance, I can also give you a monthly statement that can be used to bill your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement (if it is within your insurance policy). This is called a superbill. Please let me know if you are interested in this option.

Policies:

Cancellation/No Show Fee:
Regarding our valuable time together, I do ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Otherwise, you will be charged a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee. If there is an emergency (i.e. sickness, etc.) that prevents you from attending your session, you will not be charged for the missed session if we can find a time within the same week to reschedule.

For therapy clients not using insurance for services:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
